The key controlled lock control panel

Instead of a long introduction I guess it's the pictures that will tell the story.  The images from today's visit to Old Ford Lock certainly kept Tracy and I entertained for an hour or so and I was amazed at all the traffic coming through.  Apparently there is as much traffic on the navigation as there used to be.  I can well believe that with the amount of boats plodding through on this Bank Holiday.
Some of you may recognise the Lock Keeper's cottage from the Channel 4 early morning show, The Big Breakfast with Chris evans from the late 1980s and early 1990s.
