I am happy to post issues off and await payment on arrival. Please feel free to contribute more than the £2 cover price as all of the monies raised after the cost of P&P will go to the Calvert trust. On a final note, although I have already acnowledged them in print, I would like to thank Liz Lemal for proof-reading the journal. Greatest thanks should go to Stephen Siddall, who tirelessly prints the journal for the OFC. If it wasn't for the efforts of Stephen the quality of the journal would be paltry and I am certain its success would be less than adequate. THANKS |

This five part series features an hour long documentary of the famous fell walker and guide writer, and four 30 minute programmes with Julia Bradbury walking in AW's footsteps along his favourite walks. Including Haystacks, Blencathra, Castle Crag and the highest English Munro of them all, this is a definite view for anyone interested in AW, the fells or both. |

Cicerone books have just published a new and inspirational book which, as Chris Bonnington states, 'is reflecting an exuberant affection for, and pleasure in, the exploration of the Cumbrian Fells.' The new book is Great Mountain Days in the Lake District and has been written by the Alfred Wainwright devotee Mark Richards. If you would like to receive 15% off the price of this book and free P&P then read on... |
